Hajj from India goes through the Haj Committee of India. Umrah is booked with private organisers. Read the current circular on the official site before you pay anyone. This page gives no rupee fare, because a fare without a date and a link would be a guess.
The Haj Committee of India is the public body for Hajj from India. Start at hajcommittee.gov.in and read the latest circular for the year you plan to travel. Forms, quotas and medical rules change. Copy nothing from an old blog post.
Umrah is not allocated the same way. Private organisers sell packages. Ask for the hotel name, the distance to the Haram, what the fare includes, and the refund rule, in writing. This page prints no rupee figure. A number without the circular date and the official link would be invented.
